To secure your booking we require 50% of the total booking fee & the balance is payable 3 weeks prior to check inn together with your bond of $1000.
We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, River Cove @ Broadbeach has a strict NO PARTY policy. As River Cove is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 10pm to 8 am.
