BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is complimented by beautiful water views an ensuite complete with floor to ceiling stunning sandstone tiles heated towel rails and walk in robe. There are a further 3 large bedrooms another full bathroom with a huge corner spa over looking the majestic waterways also completed with floor to ceiling sandstone finishes and a heated towel rail. The main bedroom has a 50 inch plasma screen television installed along with a DVD player.

The kitchen is an entertainers delight with granite benchtops, gas cooking, dishwasher, stainless steel modern appliances.
Large kitchen flows to the indoor dining room and onto the outdoor entertaining area and alfresco dining by the pool.
The Billiard table can easily be converted to a dinning table which can seat 10 people comfortably
The kids can have their own space in the kitchen by the bar stools by the living room table or outside by the pool the choice is yours.

OUTDOORS
Sun yourself by the private pool overlooking the water.Enjoy cocktails by the waterfront and when it is time to dine, relax with a poolside BBQ while overlooking the river and enjoy your dinner alfresco.
CHILD FRIENDLY

The kids will love the house as much as you! The private jetty is perfect for feeding the fish or ducks.They will be kept entertained with the pool and waterfront activities such as kayaking, fishing or sandcastle making. Inside they have the wii to keep them occupied. The pool and waterfront are fenced for your peace of mind.
