I Authorise Rivercove Holidays to debit my credit card for the purposes of holding a security bond while I and my guests stay at the property.
I take full responsibility to cover the cost of any damages whether these damages or charges are caused by myself or any other member of my group.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Rivercove Holidays Pty Ltd of any defect that I notice when entering the property by taking a photo of any such defect by sending the image through to the property manager via sms or email.
I further acknowledge that any defect or property damage noticed by Rivercove Holidays Pty Ltd its staff / cleaners or agents after departure will be deemed to have occurred during the course of my stay unless it is stipulated in writing or with photographic evidence and acknowledged by Rivercove Holidays Pty Ltd as existing damage prior to my arrival.
In the event of any damage caused to any part of the property, furniture, fixtures or fittings by myself or any member of my group staying at the property. Rivercove Holidays Pty Ltd has the right to withhold (or chargeback in the event the security bond has been refunded partially or in full) at its discretion any amount of the security bond paid by the guest to cover costs of replacement or repairs. In addition to the above I further acknowledge that the property 17 Monterey Court Broadbeach Waters operated by Rivercove Holidays Pty Ltd is located in a quiet residential street. Rivercove Holidays Pty Ltd does not allow party’s and has a NO PARTY POLICY. There is a 10.00 pm to 8.00 am outside noise curfew, after 10.00 pm please ensure the group is indoors or out the back of the house.
Any loud music past 10 PM on weekdays will cause offence to neighbours. Rivercove Holidays Pty Ltd will not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour by guests which may cause neighbours to complain.
Any complaints by neighbours will be taken extremely seriously and Rivercove Holidays may withhold the security bond in full if it receives any complaint by any neighbour or by the Gold Coast City Council either verbally or in writing. In the event that this notice is received in writing after departure I further acknowledge that Rivercove Holidays Pty Ltd may chargeback the bond even after it has been refunded.
The security bond will be held in good faith & will be refunded in full within 7 business days after departure. Provided there is no auxiliary charges or incidentals including but not limited to broken glasses or dishes, additional cleaning charges, the removal of rubbish & or recycling including bins not placed outside for collection after my stay & or any furniture, fixtures or property damage or complaints from neighbours etc.
